You state that one of the goals is to make sure that insurance companies don't put HIV meds in the highest co-pay category. In 2016, my company (HealthNet) moved my HIV meds from level 4 to level 5 which I thought was unfair. Is there an even more expensive category that the company could use?

"In many cases, the insurers were fined." That's nice. The insurers were fined and what happed to the persons living with HIV/AIDS who had limited access to their meds? DID THEY GET THEIR MEDS?!??! THAT is the important fact that you should be reporting here. The goal is get the meds in the hands of the people who need them, right!??!?!?
