Denis, Thank you for commenting and your kind words. Brain fog can be frustrating and scary if we don't look at it for what it is, temporary. Nutritional changes along with doing some of the suggestions I listed above will help. Above all, don't allow those 'temporary moments' of brain fog, get to you. Thanks for your article. It's nice to have a sense of hope. I have been researching and reading lots on brain fog and it seems that there is a possibility that it might be the cause for me. I will be making some changes in my nutrition and other factors and see how it goes. Anyways, thanks for your positive message. Cheers!
