I have Hep C. Kidney issues asscotiated with the Hep C, caused me to visit a Nephrologist. Although the Stage 3 Kidney disease is apparent, he prescribed a Weekly dose of prescription dose of Vitamin D. I feel better and can only attribute the slight change to the Vitamin D....no other changes to treatment have occurred since then. Took a month to work. I highly recommend other Hep C victims to give this a try. It is not an answer to eliminate the chronic effects but a 3% change is noticeable.
