I have tried several different treatments over the last 15+ years. Because of the hardwork of a very special nurse I was able to get on the end of the Trial that inc. Sofosbuvir/GS-5885/ribavirin for 24 weeks. After just 2 weeks of treatment the virus was undetectable. The side effects were minimal. I agreed to the 3 years going back to check for the virus and go today for my 1st 24 week check up today. I not only feel great, I also am feeling blessed! This is the miracle cure!!! Good luck.
I would like to participate in any clinical trials involving these protocols. I have had Interferon/Ribavirin therapy 24 wks RNA 3000, Interferon/Ribavirin, and Vic trellis. RNA undetectable after 2 weeks but ultimately returned. Last therapy was 26 months ago.
First 2 Interferon therapies, last with Victrellis a protease inhibitor failed. How do I get into therapy with sofosbuvir/ledipasvir? Insurance said they would pay.
