For over 25 years I pleaded with the powers that be to look into Rural HIV. No one wanted to go beyond the statistics of GAY. Instead, billions of dollars was thrown into big city prevention task force endeavors of which I was a member and those numbers continue to grow with no accountability! I married an IV drug user. In 1987 this was a gay disease. It never was, never will be. They were warned a long time ago. No one listened. And it continues.
