If this New HRSA FOA was called Curing Hepatitis C among People of No Color Living with HIV, there would be an outcry claiming racism. Can we please END the double-standard. It has no rightful place being used in Medical treatment, or anywhere else for that matter. Color or its lack thereof shouldn't matter with regard to HIV Damn-it...
