Staring down the barrel of your own mortality is sometimes depressing. We all feel some level of fear, isolation, and loss of control. A hep c diagnosis or complications along the way are depressing, but can be overcome and even learned from, without spiraling into depression. Find the things you love, and do them, even if it isn't the same as before. Love what you have, don't bemoan what you lost. Heal from the inside out. Identify with your what is in your heart. Anything is Possible.
