2004 after liver biopsy stage 4 grade 1. Cleared virus 2005. Living life and do have an occasional beer. LFT stays perfect now.

The article states "reversal was observed in nearly half of all hepatitis C-infected people with cirrhosis who were cured." How is reversal determined? Is there a way to gauge if the liver is getting better or worse other than LFT?
