In my work, I meet a lot of nurses who need not be in the business for lack of critical-thinking skills many being imported from international school that work for pennies. This is not good and could cause a lot of pain and suffering and tax bucks. I wonder if the Governor of Arizona is liable to be put in Jail for exposing people to, HEP C and HEP B on a human citizens, for it sound like a criminal offense to me, not being a lawyer, or is it different than HIV criminal law.
