What happens if you are vegan, have been diagnosed with NAFLD and spinal cancer. I went from 124 to 114 in less than 1 month. I do not know what to eat and my dietician said that "foods for each of those diets, conflicts with each other.". So what I am supposed to do to gain weight back to 124? Was originally 138 then went down to 124, intentionally for the NAFLD. Now I am losing weight, and can't keep it on, due to the spinal tumor. Please help, since no one can. REMINDER...vegan
