I have been undetectable for over 20 years , been post for over 30./ I've dealt with Lipodystrophy and Liptrophy for almost 10 years now. I'm not sure if it's inflamation causing the thigh and knee pains. I'm seeing orthopedist and having epidurals but that doesn't seem to help . Weight gain in middle just happened over the past year.My weight has always and still is stable. I've been active in the gym for a very long time though covid changed that and it's been difficult to get back now .

This is so marvelous and yet who can access these wonder drugs? Insurances do not pay unless you are Type 2 diabetic. Forget any of the others.
