I have Hep C genome a and endured a 2 .5 yr treatment with interferon/ then infogen combined with Ribaviran. Treatment failed . No cirrhosis and liver biopsy rated 1. I would like to participate in the Interferon free antiviral treatment. Are there ways of volunteering to be a trial patient on this treatment?
my husband has hep c. and his doctor does know about it. and never put him on any treatment for it. plus his doctor he was seeing released him. he is no longer under any doctors care.so im hoping that maybe you or someone can help us.... please..... and the doctor knew for about seven years. but he's a pain manger doctor. and he was treating for really bad arthritis in his back. not for his hep c. and we just found out that he has hep c. I just pray that it's not to late for my husband.
The study involved 362 treatment-naive patients with genotype 1a and 1b HCV.
Does this study include geno 3a

"The regimens proved well-tolerated, with only 8 percent of patients stopping treatment because of serious side effects, most of which the researchers deduced were not related to the antivirals." Honestly, BigPharma and its lackey MDs are just full of s---.
