International NASH Day
International NASH Day convenes physicians, advocates, and other experts to share the latest insights on how to prevent, diagnose, and manage fatty liver disease. An informed worldwide community is essential to reduce the global prevalence of fatty liver disease, which can advance dangerously if left undetected and unacknowledged. Patients, caregivers, medical providers, policymakers, and all other advocates will learn actionable ways to support patients already diagnosed with NASH and to seek methods of risk reduction. Each of the eight panels will be broadcast in five languages–English, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Hindi–for a broad worldwide audience to build awareness of and spark action to prevent NASH. Panels will cover:
- NASH as a Global Public Health Challenge
- NASH and Liver Cancer
- NASH and Obesity
- Pediatric NASH
- NASH and Diabetes
- Beyond the Biopsy: Innovations in Diagnostics
- NASH in Lean Individuals
- NASH: A Conversation in the Black Community
