Hi Deano, I'm sorry you have been diagnosed with Hep C, but it sounds like your doctor is proactive and directing you to the right Hep C doctor and tests. About your question, depending on the stage of liver damage these symptoms may be related but most likely they are related to other cause with your enlarged spleen. To determine liver damage, the doctor can tell by Ultrasound, MRI or Liver Biopsy and blood work. Or your symptoms may be a stomach bug. Check with your physician for follow up.
