Straight up question, honestly, is it as bad as smoking a pack or more for sure , somewhere between 1-2 packs of Marlboro reds, my question is, I believe smoking anything in most likely not good but is vaping the lowest , .3 and truly try to limit, work out daily, ten glasses of water and take my vitamins, but I am alcohlolic , addict, I did Maveryt or whatever , but id= di continue to drink but otherwise took it exactly and did drink much less. Any worry that im not cured and is vape truly wors
