Sshina, All urine contains a certain amount of urobilinogen but this is not a conclusive test for liver problems related to elevated bilirubin. Blood tests are required to get a better picture. Being seen by a hepatologist or gastroenterologist who can order a full panel of tests to conclude what's going on is best. Talk to your liver specialist and ask for blood work and talk to them about the condition of your liver. Keep us posted on how you're doing. We're here for you.

I consistently have very high amounts of urobilinogen in my urine. I check my urine sample with a dip stick. No Doctor has mentioned it although lab print out shows it high. Should I be concerned? Thanks
