I'm starting my first Harvoni pill today. I am scheduled for a 24 weeks treatment (F4 liver test and INF intolerant). After reading your posts I'm bracing myself for a 'tired' 6 months! Thanks for the advice about when to take the pills..
May, Good afternoon and happy Wednesday! No gut issues at the moment. I am usually very sensitive to things that I eat and take. My earlier HIV meds (Kaletra specifically) played havoc on me. I try to eat a fair amount of non-fat greek yogurt daily for its alleged probiotic benefits and greek yogurt seems to have less lactose that regular yogurt and is more tolerable for me at least. Perhaps the yogurt is helping but I cannot say that definitively. I haven't experienced any digestive issues while taking Harvoni. Kyle
Hey Kyle, Congratulations! That's encouraging! I see a hepatologist at Mayo. He does his first check at 2 weeks so next Wednesday I get labs done. Thanks for the tip about taking the meds at night. The first night I couldn't get to sleep and had to take extra Xanax, but last night was good. I' m having gut issues now. Anything on your end?

Mario, Congratulations!!!! Please let us know what you think after taking it for the first time. I feel fine for the most part during the day. Maybe there is a little tiredness going on but it isn't something that keeps me from working and enjoying my free time. I will say that I am not up past 10:00 PM very often since I started taking the medicine. I work quite a lot...12-14 hour days during the week. It's really hard for me to say its the Harvoni because I think anyone would be a little tired after working 60 plus hours a week.
