Without looking at the lab, I can't say for certain (and your doctor is the only one who can interpret the result) but generally that means there is no hep C. If you have more questions, the best place to ask them are the Hep Forums http://forums.hepmag.com

I just got back my blood test taken at 4 weeks into the Harvani treatment. I have HepC 1b and did not respond on the Iterferon/Riboviron treatment nearly 10 years ago. My viral count starting was 3.5M. The test after 4 weeks shows a detectable, but below limits of quantification, at a viral load of < 15 IU/ML. The viral log is <1.176. I don't get to talk to my doctor for over a week due to holidays. Is this a decent result??

It means you have to wait to find out if the treatment worked - there is still a small chance of an SVR
