Hi Laura, I did feel sick for a couple of weeks and the time when my bilirubin was off the planet high and my creat. was nuts (along with my haemoglobin disappearing like snow on a sunny day) I felt the worst of all. I was tired, emotional, anxious, everything ached and I just felt "wrong". They adjusted my ribavirin dose and I came good. Now I'm feeling okay! I get tired a bit more than normal and because my haemoglobin is still low lots of steps carrying heavy objects can do me in. But last night I walked for kilometres in Sydney and just had sore feet at the end of it! Start treatment, take it a day at a time and remember every day brings you closer to a life without hep c. What's a few side effects when that is the end result? Use the Hep forum for support, everyone there knows what you are going through and can honestly empathise. Good luck!
