G'day Matt from Queensland,Australia.I've been on Viekira Pak with the dreaded ribavirin for 6 weeks.Before starting treatment i could hear the Black Dog scratching at the back door most nights.Now,even though my Hg has dropped a lot and i move around with lead boots on,i am very happy and relieved.I was extremely fortunate to get compassionate access from Abbvie due to the condition of my liver.I feel privileged to be taking one of these wonderful new treatments.When i have a bad day i go horizontal and read a good book.Let's hope these treatments become widely available in the next couple of years. Gerry.
