Hi Acemoo, So sorry to hear this. A better way to get your question answered is to ask this on the Hep Forums http://forums.hepmag.com People will walk you through it.
I completed taking 3 months of meds doc said virus undetectable went back a month and now he said it came back detectable and now I need to go on meds again. What's going on I'm so upset
thumbs up.
Did you ever have a viral load? In other words, was your hep C test only an antibody test or did you have a viral load and genotype test?
I recently received the call of my life, or so I hope. The nurse on the other end tells me me congratulations your viral load is undetectable and that my body has cured the virus on its own. I was exposed 2.5 years ago and recently decided to take steps in treating this burden. I asked the nurse the chances as she continued to tell me about the small percentage that are able to get rid of hep c on their own. She did tell me I would need another test in one month. My question is, what are the chances of that test coming up positive? I would think that the technology these days would be certain. Idk she sounded so sure I cured it, even with me crying on the phone asking "are you sure" she continued to ensure me I'd be fine. Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated..
This would be an excellent question for the Hep Forums http://forums.hepmag.com/

I have extremely painful cryoglobulimia (or crioglobulimic vasculatis) and the only treatment that works for my intense pain is morphine (combination of 200mg -er + 30mg Ir. I am aware of the addiction possibility but I am 70 years old and don't have or never have had alcoholism or drug addiction problems. This treatment is the only one that helps with my pain, specially in my lower legs.
