Is it morally correct,professional? To not let a pt. complete their visit? Maybe two visits in a row would help the 'rushed' have a productive visit. Any dr wanting to do a decent job would be able to be flexible.

My experience is that physicians want to spend much more time with their patients but appointment times are dictated by circumstances outside of their control - such as by business people. Most doctors and nurses ache because they are told they need to see more patients in less time. We know it is wrong and some of the best medical professionals have left healthcare because that can't do what they want to do most - care for patients.
