Grace, I too am plagued with compulsive doing, and I found that it was worse while I was on ribavirin. I don't know if this was from the medication itself, or from my incessant need to keep going especially when the going gets tough. I'm inclined to blame the medication. A story: The first time I was on ribavirin (with PEG), I went to a psychiatrist to get help for my mood issues. He asked me if I was type A or type B. I said I was type A, striving to be type B. He told me that as long as I was striving, I would never get there, because I was applying type A behavior to the problem. Type B people don't strive - they just are. You forgot to include the fact that you also wrote an awesome blog post to your list of daily accomplishments. Thank you.
