My Cousin, 26 is currently having HCV Genotype 3 living as refugee in Germany, fled from bad situation in his area in Pakistan due to militants. We are so upset for him his father works as labor in UAE cry for him day and night but nobody care and there is no treatment by anyone and his condition is getting worse day by day. Please if any one can guide what we should do ?
I don't know where you got your information but I had genotype 3 and got cured in less than 6 months on interferon and ribavirin. Had to take neupogen shots halfway through but I was 25 and got cured completely. Maybe you should look into creating a database word Dr can post their clinical results and you can get your real data from that period there's also evidence that I was infected with genotype 1 but still had genotype 3 possibly from infected acupuncture needles while I was in China
iv user until 28 , in recovery diagnosed eith hep c and dr told ot was dormant . truth they had no idea then . 20 years later it started . been in treatment at liver unit groote schuur cape town for last three years and have genotype 3 . 3 treatments of new drugs and old with no luck .stage 3 liver disease and found out yesterday lsst treatment failed and nothing new available .research iv done is from usa , middle east to new zealand all the professionals dont know how to treat genome 3
I was very tired.no energy could hear my heart beat. Cramps and high liver enzymes. One morning got vertigo felt sick. Got into shower and threw up 7 pts.of blood. White as as a sheet went directly into operation. Dr tied off 11 varicose. Had also hep 3a. Went on solvolde and rioflibium for 6 mo. I feel good now back to normal that was may 3rd 2013. It is very hard road but it can be done. I'm living proof Dr said that if i dont get cancer i should live and die as a normal person.
