Dee, I hope you have a doctor you trust. I sounds like you really need to talk to her/him to find medicine you can tolerate. If you are only taking it intermittently then it is probably not effective.Harvoni is the newest drug to alleviate Hep C, along with another anti-viral. For me that is ribovarin. Again, talk to your talk to your doc. Ask about different treatments, and how much you should withstand to be be healing from your current regime. Support is good. You can find a certain level of it in the hepmag community, but better still would be to see if your hospital offers a support group for Hep C patients, or find a therapitst of coach that can help you deal with the feelings of fear and overwhelm. Keep trying, and get out and do what you can to move your body (like walking) or find other activities that you enjoy. Meditation is a great step into a more settled place, as are many things. You are strong, and fear does not need to rule you. It's there, but positve attitudes and actions will overcome the darkness. Thank you for responding. I hope with all my heart that you can find deeper peace and better health. Matt

I appreciated your position e approach. I am on the sovaldi/ribivirin after14days got reallly sick. 5 days layer no solid food but am drinking massive amounts of fluids. I see Dr next week. Had to go to er. Ran test ok. No answer. But my fear is getting through 6 months of this. I guess my biggest fear is that I a Alone. Not a big support group (2) they work I impose. Don't have anyone else so will have to face alone I cry all the timebut mostly the nausea is so severe when I try to take meds it is overwhelming. I wish my experience was easier but too Bsd. Have to get through it. I'm trying. I found my meditation book so will revisit that. I am losing memory and thoughts. Thanks so much for your messages. D f
