I have finished my 8 weeks therapy. I experienced bad headaches, extra tiredness and worse of all my eye sight got worse. Blurred vision like a veil over my eyes, been off Mayvret over a week now, hoping for eyes to get back to normal. Will give it another week and if no improvement, I will go see my ophthalmologist.

just started. was fortunate enough to have a doctor and live in a city with excellent liver/g.i clinic. have been on a week so far of an 8 week schedule, and can say that the headaches are bad..especially the first cpl times you take it. they never go away,but seem to be not as bad the more I take it. my advice is to take a few motrin,asprin,whatever, wait an hour, then eat a moderate sized healthy meal, and take meds right after...if possible closer to bedtime than in the a.m.
