I wish my family and I knew beforehand, how hard it would be for me, 2013, Incivik, Ribavarin, Interpheron. 6 months of hell. Homelessness, psychiatric center twice. Got a job at Walmart, took 3 years to clear my mind. I would have to read scripture over & over again. I am on SSDI and work PT at Walmart. Went thru my retirement before becoming homeless. Was going for my Doctorate. Now I have a closer relationship with the Lord than ever before and a much better one with my family.

After my treatment with Solvaldi, which was my 3rd attempt to get rid of HepC, I no longer have the virus, but I am in the worse shape ever. And although the cirrhosis is not present on the MRI's, I have high ammonia and bouts of hepatic encephalopathy. My clotting factors times are elevating and I bleed more easily. My cholesterol is high now when it was around 100 for most of my life. So after treatment has been awful and I cannot understand how this is happening now the virus is gone.
