Hi Phillip, My experiences with HIV and hep C are very similar to yours although I have lived with HIV for 20 years (you can read my blog and my story on HEP). The stigma within the HIV+ gay men's community toward hep C was really distressing for me 14 years ago and that it is still happening today is really concerning. Like you I have had lots of men disclose their hep C to me once I went public, but where is the discussion in our community about avoiding hep C, especially sexually?
