I too have undergone successful treatment after failure with interferon and ribs,. Sofasbuvir 12 weeks was my saviour . Since then I have cut down on work hours and are continually planning holidays with big plans to travel Europe in 4 years by train. Got a couple of lil trips away each month with a month in beautiful Bali in April . I'm still far from invincible but well enough and full of hope to continue to live a life rather than just survive it

And I decided that half way through my 24 week treatment would be a great time to organise a three day horse show with hundreds of competitors, 2,000 rounds of showjumping and 14 or 15 hour days. We be crazy.

It is strangely comforting to know that there are other people out there doing insane things. A month into my treatment, I thought dog-sledding in the Yukon sounded like the perfect thing to try. Well, at least we are adventurous and courageous, albeit foolhardy.
