Always Positive!

I have had great experiences using telemed/virtual visits. The pluses include: being seen on time; sending photos in advance; no interruptions; and you CAN gauge much in a first time virtual visit. I “fired” a doc for her condescension and staff pre-visit incompetence. The minuses? A rare connection glitch, but in such instances the doc is usually quick to suggest transferring to phone. After going on 2.5 years of visits with a range of docs, I don’t ever want to go back to the old way !
