I am 70 ye female in good health. Not overweight. Last year I was diagnosed with “fatty liver in upper quadrant “ after experiencing some pain (not consistent) under right breast. last 2 years diagnosed with Shogrens syndrome after high levels of inflammation. Also some arthritis. Under control now. Docs assume fatty liver caused by amount of meds taken over years for headaches & Aleve for joint pain. No longer take those. My questions. Should I have further tests? Should I quit all alcohol
