No. A non-detectable viral load means that you don’t have hepatitis C virus (HCV). Assuming you had HCV at one time, a non-detectable viral load means either you were cured by treatment or you spontaneously cleared hep C on your own. Either way, the virus won’t come back since it isn’t there in the first place.
