My wife is pregnant and she is detected with hcv 3a She is 3 month pregnant. What to do now?

I was HEP C positive for 5 years. I got full treatment and now my HCV viral load is negative since 2 years. Liver enzymes are also very good . Now I want a baby, but I am still afraid.. Is there any risk for me and the baby ? Please advice and literature needed.Some say that even though the viral load test is negative, you still may have some HEP C virus undetected in your body ?
