When will the cost of these drugs start to come down? I have insurance but they seem to be rationing treatment right now due to cost, saying that right now treatment is for patients with the most advanced stage of scarring. I suspect that if the drug cost were more reasonable that they would be treating all of us.

This all sounds wonderful my dr has made me wait 30 years for the newest. Drug because of my genotype 1b and those have been very long years only for me to be denied. How can anyone deny treatment that has a 98% cure rate? I don't. Have the choice to live because my insurance won't. Pay for. The costly harvoni its shameful. I will go to another country to get my meds because i can get them for 1 k for 12 weeks instead of 90 k. So ty for deciding my death.
