Brooklyn, New York
Diagnosed with Hep B in 1990, Hep C in 1989

In addition to having hepatitis C, I am co-infected with HIV and Hep B. I completed Harvoni, the new treatment for hep C. I felt great and looked great during treatment. I actually had no side effects at all, not even a headache. I am now cured. The treatment went very well, and I highly recommend it. I thank God for this treatment.

Now I get to help others with hep C. I work in a clinic as a senior peer educator. The clinic just received a hep C grant, and I will share my story and my joy of being cleared of hep C.
