Wait! So, does this mean that people with HCV aren't telling the people they have sex with that they have HCV? Of course it does! So much for HIV Criminalisation but no action against at all being taken on those spreading other STDs like HCV! Putting others at risk of anything is criminal in my opinion. Lying about any of it is criminal. Many of these other STDs are much more easily spread than even high viral load HIV - they even spread orally!!!
