Early detection and treatment makes the most sense in terms of saving money in the long term (ie health care cost associated with treating the complications from HCV, needing a liver transplant or cost of treatment for liver cancer). I only hope early treatment with effective DAA soon becomes Best Practice in the treatment for HCV.

I have had hep c since 1995 that I know of . I have taken now every treatment for hep c . Harvoni has cured me and I also have scirosess it seems to be helping it as well , time will tell . And it rules believe the medication should be given to everyone so we can stop this disease. Thank you , sharon Baldwin
