I must have been one of the lucky ones and had a doctor fighting for me. UHC approved Sodalvi/Intf/Ribo in April 2014. No signs of fibrosis but did have a viral load of 34 million. Caremark got me in on a $5 copay for the Sol. Been SVR for 2 years.
