Raised Eyebrow

I have spoken with dozens of doctors & students in both community and academic settings, scientists, long term survivors and public health advocates. Not once have I heard anyone give credence to seroconcordant sex as high risk for coinfection. Meanwhile, this magazine puts out an article every other month warning poz guys to wear condoms, without so much as a peep calling for treatment. Then, when it comes to preventing HIV, we're told condoms barely work and no one uses them. WTF?!?
