Is there an estimated time frame for the combination to be FDA approved. I can not take the ribavirin or interferon due to heart and lung conditions and my insurance company will only approve the solvaldi drug.
I am currently on the Olysio & Sovaldi combo with no side effects and in my first week I was under 15 and on the beginning of my 2nd week no viral load found. I am so grateful and can' t express how much gratitude I have. I am post liver transplant February 1999 and I am on the transplant list again. It works and it works great.
I was Diagnosed with Genotype 1 in 2004 The Dr I had at that time was one of the best,I was given interfuron-Ribaviron and told it did not work.NrthWstrn hosp.took me into the trnsplnt Unit. Great Drs,Nurs Careing,I hve bn in hsptal 4-5 tmes nw with Hepatic Encehpthy and putng a Shunt in my Portal vein that had a clot causng intrnl bledng I now feel gd an strtng dual meds,sovldi,olysio stay tund,at 62 I dnt knw how to quit,nvr gve up,I knw it is tough,it taks all of us tryng dferrnt thngs to wn

how long after treatment does it take for the body to get rid of the toxins from the meds, etc
