Hepatitis c gen 6 with liver little scaring treatment without ribavirin. please advise how to treat. I am not tolerate with interferon and have been infected 20 years ago.
If you have nausea, can you use marijuna with harvoni?
I am in week 10 of 12 weeks of Harvoni. No side effects except I felt a little nauseous for 2 mornings in the 2nd week of treatment. I don't know if that was from Harvoni or not, but it was not a problem for me. Tests show as "undectable" at 8 weeks, and Doc says I am most likely "cured"! This will be a life-saving drug for me and many others, I only hope the high price does not leave some unable to afford treatment. I believe that the manufacturer has cost help set up for those in need...
How long does the 440 mg of harvoni take to be out of your system and are there side effects coming off of it thank you
will my insurance cover the cost of Harvoni? Thanks Patrick
A pharmacist friend said "Most likely the drug will be in the wholesalers this week. Most drugs store get daily delivery, but on a new drug, you may see a day or two delay as everyone is working to get the drugs loaded into their systems and contracts...etc.
Most likely, the stores will order the drug once they see the prescription has gone through the insurance."
I am in a clinical trail 1 pill once a day very little or hardly any side affects I have been in this clinical trail about 10 weeks and it's almost over I will keep you all posted on the results

I am very grateful for Gilead and for our Govt to negotiate payment to provide this medication for me. I got the virus through a blood transfusion in '81 and am included in the Hep C Red Cross Blood Scandal. Its been a long hard road.
