My husband has had hep-c for 10 years now. He took the treatment 4 times. Many doctors response to this information is, "and you're still alive?" Well, yes, in fact he is! Since he's had the old treatment, what is out for those who have already tried treatment? He said the other treatment made him very sick. He was in bed the whole time. After, the disease was gone for 6 months, but returned. What now? He rarely leaves the house or does anything because every time he does, he gets sick.
